By accessing or using Frett ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Frett is a web-based guitar fretboard training application that helps users learn note positions on the guitar fretboard through interactive practice sessions.

User Accounts

You may use Frett without creating an account. If you create one, with an email and password or by signing in with Google:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You may not share your account with others
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Frett and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
